Wolf Signing Services was established in 2018 with the intention of building trust with my clients by conducting every appointment in an environment that is conducive to their needs, in a respectful manner that prioritizes clear communication, integrity and thoroughness. I am a founding member of the Virginia Association of Notaries. V.A.N. is a nonprofit trade organization built by notaries for notaries in 2023; established to be a resource for Virginia Notary Public education and best practices to execute our duty as a credible public official. I undertake annual background screening and am fully insured.
I am commissioned by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia as a traditional Notary Public and e-Notary Public. Being a dually commissioned notary allows me to perform in-person notarizations and electronic notarizations.
I receive annual training, certification, and background check from the National Notary Association (NNA); for which I also hold the designation of NNA Notary Ambassador®. Additionally, I have state specific training, certification, and experience in facilitating real estate loan signings, the notarization of personal, healthcare, estate planning, financial, business and employment documents.

I would highly recommend Wolf Signing Services! Sharon has provided her services to me multiple times this past year. I am 1,000 miles away and my aunt lives in Berryville. Being that my aunt is not able to drive any longer Sharon has gone to her residence to have important documents signed, Notarized, and sent off via FedEx. She has always responded quickly and has been able to fit our needs into her schedule pronto! I wouldn’t know what I’d do with out her kind heart and efficient services she offers!
